Pablo José Hernández (born May 11, 1991) is an American politician serving as the Resident Commissioner from Puerto Rico since 2025. Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, he earned an A.B. from Harvard College and a J.D. from Stanford University. A Popular Democrat, Hernández was a lawyer in private practice, a clerk for the U.S. District Court of Puerto Rico, and an author before his election to the U.S. House in 2024. He began his four-year term in the 119th Congress.
