Dave Min (born March 5, 1976) is an American politician serving as the U.S. Representative for California’s 47th congressional district since 2025. Born in Rhode Island, he earned a B.A., B.S., and J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard University. A Democrat, Min was a lawyer, SEC staff attorney, Senate staff member, and California state senator (2020–2024) before his election to the U.S. House in 2024, after an unsuccessful run in 2018. He began his term in the 119th Congress.
