Derrick Van Orden

Derrick Van Orden (born September 15, 1969) is an American politician serving as the U.S. Representative for Wisconsin’s 3rd congressional district since 2023. Born in Hennepin County, Minnesota, he earned a B.S. from Excelsior University. A Republican, Van Orden served in the U.S. Navy (1988–2014), was an actor and business owner, and an unsuccessful candidate in 2020 before his election to the U.S. House in 2022. He has been reelected to the succeeding Congress.
