Eugene Simon Vindman

Eugene Simon Vindman (born June 6, 1975) is an American politician serving as the U.S. Representative for Virginia’s 7th congressional district since 2025. Born in Kyiv, Ukraine, he earned a B.A. from Binghamton University, an M.A. from Central Michigan University, and a J.D. from the University of Georgia. A Democrat, Vindman served in the U.S. Army and worked on the National Security Council before his election to the U.S. House in 2024. He began his term in the 119th Congress.
